United Colors LLC is a small family egg farm in Danville, California. This page explains what we collect when you use unitedcolors.biz and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your information to get you your eggs and talk to you about your order, and we never sell it.
What you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and ZIP code, drop-off notes, and what you order or reserve. If you send us a message, we keep it.
If you sign in with Google: Google shares your name, email address, and an account ID with us. We don’t get your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.
Automatically: a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in, and your rough location (city/region) from your internet connection, which we use only to tell visitors we deliver locally. We keep a scrambled version of your IP address briefly to block spam.
Payments: when online payment launches, card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
To take and deliver your orders, run your subscription or reservation, send you order and delivery emails (including delivery photos), and answer your messages. We may note things like “would like more eggs when available” so we can follow up.
We don’t sell or rent your information. We use a few services to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (sending email), Google (optional sign-in), and Stripe (payments, when available). They process data for us under their own privacy terms.
You can see and change your details on your account page. To have your account and information deleted, email crew@unitedcolors.biz and we’ll take care of it. California residents have rights under the CCPA to know, delete, and correct their personal information; we honor those requests the same way.
